Ms. Diana Pang has extensive experience in anti-corruption investigation. She dealt with police and public sector corruption and has vast experience in tackling private sector corruption and fraud investigation, specialized in finance, insurance and trading industries and commercial crimes. Diana is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Registered Social Worker in Hong Kong.
Prior to that, Diana was a Community Organizer with the Society for Community Organization (SoCO), focusing on human rights work. During the times of the handover, Diana represented the Hong Kong Human Rights Commission to participate in the Hearings of the United Nations Human Rights Committee (UNHRC) in Geneva as a non-governmental representative and reflected the then human rights situations in Hong Kong to the UNHRC Committee members.
Diana has undergone training with the Australian Institute of Police Management as well as with the Chinese Academy of Governance. Diana was also seconded to the Metropolitan Police Service and other anti-corruption units of the law enforcement agencies in the United Kingdom. During her times in the UK, Diana has been renowned for assisting the Homicide and Serious Crime Command for East London and successfully investigated a number of murder cases involving Chinese victims.
Diana graduated with a B.Bs. in Social Work from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and was an exchange student at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She also has an LLB from the University of London and Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London.
